太陽光や蛍光灯・LEDの光でウィルスを不活化します。光触媒のコーティングが光に当たると、活性酸素が発生し、ニオイや汚れ等の原因である菌を分解・増殖を抑制、ウィルスの感染力を抑制します。
当店では、店内のカウンター、テーブル、椅子、壁、天井、お客様やスタッフが触れる場所全てに、上記の光触媒コーティングを施しております。
店内消毒
上記の光触媒抗菌コーティングに加え、テーブルや椅子など、お客様やスタッフが触れる場所全て、こまめな店内消毒を徹底しております。
店内の換気
大型の換気扇を2台、厨房にも1台導入し、店内の換気を徹底しております。
換気扇の音が若干大きく感じるかもしれませんが、何卒ご理解お願い致します。
マスク着用
スタッフのマスク着用、手指アルコール消毒、調理時の手袋着用（頻回交換）を徹底しております。
体調管理
スタッフの就業前の健康チェックと検温を実施し、発熱や体調不良の有無を毎日確認しております。
ソーシャルディスタンス
お客様が向かい合わせにならないように、カウンターのみでのお食事とさせて頂きます。
小さなお子様がいらっしゃる場合や、ご家族様だけでのご利用の際は、テーブル席もご利用頂けますのでご相談ください。
ソーシャルディスタンスを保つため、席間隔を空けて、店内の人数制限を設けさせて頂いております。
消毒のご協力
ご来店頂いたお客様全員に、入口にて手指消毒のご協力をお願いしております。
人数により貸切もお受け致しますので、ご相談ください。
